We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Bath. The role is working every other week Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm one week on and one week off. If you have great customer service skills and a friendly, helpful nature, we would like to hear from you.
In this role you will:
- Manage customer parking to ensure suitable vacant bays remain during the working day.
- Liaise with service, positioning customer vehicles in readiness for collection
- General site parking, housekeeping
- Compound vehicles housekeeping
- Handle vehicle deliveries including vehicle condition check & report
- Internal vehicle movements (Mon truck), prepare vehicles
- Driving duties as directed from site, collecting parts, internal transfers, group support
- Site customer support, lifts, pick-ups, etc.
In order to be successful for this position you will:
- Be organised professional and ideally have had experience in a similar role
- Having a clean driving license is essential
- Be friendly and approachable
- Be passionate about delivering and exceptional customer experience
Role based onsite daily Monday to Friday from the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm One week on, one week off.
