Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Lead Generator to complete a Customer Service apprenticeship & to join our clients team in Newton Aycliffe. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. This role will be predominantly business to business telesales.
Duties
- Cold call small to medium businesses phone.
- Create leads for consultants to close off sales.
- Send promotion email emails.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
