Anthro Fundraising is recruiting ambitious, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our growing fundraising team across Greater London. Working on behalf of some of the UK's largest charities, you'll develop valuable communication and sales skills while helping organisations secure long-term supporters.
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous fundraising, sales, team leader, or management experience, as accelerated development opportunities are available for high performers.
Your Daily Role
As a Charity Fundraiser, you will:
- Engage with members of the public in high-footfall locations, including train stations and shopping centres.
- Represent nationally recognised charities in a professional, engaging, and inspiring manner.
- Build meaningful conversations that lead to long-term donor support.
- Work towards daily and weekly performance targets with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop your skills.
- Contribute to a positive, ambitious, and high-performing team culture.
