Eaasy Heat is expanding rapidly, helping homeowners transition to low-carbon heating through high-quality air source heat pump installations. We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing team and become a key part of our design and operations department.

Whether you're a recent graduate in Renewable Energy, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, or simply someone with excellent organisational and IT skills, we'd love to hear from you.
No previous heat pump design experience is required – we'll provide full training.
The Role
Working closely with our surveyors and installation team, you'll take the information collected during customer surveys and produce professional heat pump designs using our specialist software.
You'll also create customer quotations, prepare full installation proposals, assist with planning installations and help ensure projects run smoothly from survey through to installation.
This is a varied role combining technical software, administration and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce heat pump system designs using heat pump design software (full training provided)
- Review survey information submitted by our surveyors
- Create customer quotations
- Produce professional customer proposals and installation documentation
- Maintain accurate project records and spreadsheets
- Schedule and coordinate installation engineers
- Assist with installation planning and project management
- Order materials and liaise with suppliers
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations and installation dates
- Work alongside the operations team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using computers and learning new software
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Keen to learn and develop within the renewable energy industry
- Proactive and able to work independently
Desirable (but not essential)
- Degree or qualification in Renewable Energy, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related subject
- Experience using CAD, design software or technical software packages
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling or administration
- Knowledge of heating systems or renewable technologies
