RENUCO Ltd is looking for a reliable, hard‑working Sub‑Contractor Labourer to support our installation teams on domestic and commercial renewable energy projects and electrical installations, including warehouse work. We specialise in solar PV, battery storage, bird‑proofing mesh, and a range of electrical installation, and we need someone who can work safely, efficiently, and professionally on customer properties.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist installers with lifting, carrying, and positioning panels, rails, batteries, and materials
- Support roof‑based tasks including panel handling and cable routing
- Help install bird‑proofing mesh around solar arrays
- Prepare and maintain tidy, safe working areas
- Complete tasks within the warehouse as required including but not limited to receiving deliveries, organising equipment and loading equipment for jobs
- Use basic hand tools safely
- Remove waste and manage materials throughout the job
- Follow all on‑site health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience in labouring, construction, roofing, or similar manual roles
- Comfortable working at height
- Physically fit with good manual handling awareness
- Own PPE: hard hat, gloves, boots, high‑vis
- CSCS card preferred
- Must have own transport
