We're looking for a Legal Counsel to provide high-quality legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, working closely with stakeholders to support business objectives and mitigate risk. This position sits alongside our Power & Grid division.
Role Responsibilities

Provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice across contracts, procurement and operational matters

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements

Support business stakeholders on legal risk and compliance requirements

Assist with dispute management and liaise with external counsel where required

Contribute to continuous improvement within legal processes and governance
What we're looking for

Qualified solicitor or equivalent with relevant post-qualification experience

Experience in projects or construction law including NEC and the Power, Energy and Grid industry.

Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills

Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
