Field Care Supervisor – Ringwood or New Milton
Salary: £29,178 per annum pro rata

We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct care reviews, spot checks and quality visits
- Support, mentor and supervise care staff
- Complete competency checks and identify training needs
- Promote safeguarding, medication and health & safety best practice
- Support care planning and respond to changes in clients’ needs
- Liaise with clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Support new staff inductions and probation
- Contribute to service and process improvements
Essential requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or working towards.
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car
Working hours: Shifts between 7am–10pm, Monday–Sunday
