Sales Co-ordinator (with Project Management & Interior Design Exposure)
Location: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary: £26,500–£36,000 + Bonus
Company: Bridge Contract Interiors
About Us
Bridge is a growing, design-led company specialising in bespoke soft furnishings including curtains, blinds, cushions, and pelmets. We combine thoughtful design with practical delivery, working to tight deadlines while meeting each client’s specification and budget.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Sales Co-ordinator who brings both commercial awareness and a passion for interiors.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role combining sales coordination, project support, and daily sales administration.
You’ll work closely with a small, high-performing team, supporting the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to project completion. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring quotes are accurate, processes run smoothly, and clients receive an excellent experience.
Your eye for detail and appreciation for interior design will help ensure the right bespoke solutions are proposed every time.

- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes using Excel (including complex formulas and costing structures)
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing a professional and responsive service
- Maintain high standards of sales administration, documentation, and reporting
- Work closely with design and project teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth
- Act as a key contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey
- Provide support and guidance on pricing, communication, and product selection
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales admin, or a similar role
- Strong commercial drive, ideally within a design-led or project-based environment
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar systems
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to support and guide others
- A genuine interest in interior design (experience is a bonus, not essential)
- A curious mindset — someone who asks questions and is always looking to improve
