Hybrid Working (3&2)
Iconic Trophy Office & Retail Portfolio
Property Management... but not as you know it.
If you're looking for a role that gives you genuine exposure to institutional real estate, trophy London assets and the commercial decision making behind them, this is worth a conversation.
We're working exclusively on behalf of one of London's leading property & asset management advisory businesses to appoint a
Surveyor / Senior Surveyor into its Major Buildings team.
This is far more than a traditional property management position. You'll work closely with client side Asset Managers, supporting the performance of some of London's most iconic office and mixed-use assets while gaining invaluable corporate exposure.
What's on offer?
- Management of a prestigious Zone 1 London portfolio comprising flagship office and mixed-use buildings.
- Regular interaction with institutional clients and leading Asset Managers, providing exposure that's difficult to find elsewhere.
- Opportunity to advise on landmark assets including some of London's best-known commercial developments.
- Genuine career progression within one of the industry's most respected employers.
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office).
- Competitive salary, annual bonus and an excellent benefits package.
You'll be joining a collaborative, high performing team where you'll be trusted with real responsibility, working alongside senior leadership while developing your commercial understanding beyond day to day property management. The role also offers exposure to wider projects and close collaboration with asset management teams.
We're keen to speak with MRICS qualified surveyors (or those with equivalent commercial property management experience) who have a strong grounding in managing multi-let commercial assets and are looking to accelerate their careers within a best in class environment.
