Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Develop innovative drink menus and promote specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to food production and alcohol service
- Train staff on serving techniques, responsible alcohol service, and hospitality best practices
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes
- Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars, including serving guests efficiently and courteously
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, barista experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
