The PAS Submission Administrator plays a vital role within our Retrofit Compliance team by preparing, checking and submitting complete PAS handover packs for every installation.
You will be responsible for collating documentation from multiple departments, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, consistent and complete before submission. You will also manage customer guarantees and ensure all required documentation is issued correctly as part of the project close-out process.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the confidence to identify and resolve inconsistencies before documentation is submitted.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complete PAS handover packs for completed retrofit installations.
- Compile and organise all required compliance documentation.
- Complete and issue customer guarantees and warranty documentation.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with PAS 2030/2035 requirements and client specifications.
- Check documentation for accuracy, completeness and consistency across all project records.
- Verify that installation evidence, certificates and supporting documents align correctly.
- Liaise with Surveyors, Retrofit Coordinators, Project Managers, Installers and Administrators to obtain missing information.
- Identify discrepancies and work proactively with operational teams to resolve them before submission.
- Maintain accurate electronic project records and document control.
- Ensure submissions are completed within required client and funding timescales.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Assist with continuous improvement of documentation processes and compliance procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
