Role Overview:
Senior Cleaning Supervisor – Corporate Office | Central London
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team within a prestigious corporate office in Central London.
We are looking for a leader who is humble enough to clean a washroom, confident enough to challenge poor performance, professional enough to build lasting client relationships, and passionate enough to inspire others every day.
This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who leads by example, supports their team on the floor, and is happy to step in and carry out cleaning duties, including washrooms, whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and develop the cleaning team.
- Maintain exceptional cleaning standards across the site.
- Build strong relationships with the client and deliver excellent customer service.
- Carry out quality inspections and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the team with operational cleaning when required.
- Complete audits, reports and daily administration.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have previous supervisory or management experience within cleaning or facilities management.
- Be a positive, approachable and professional leader.
- Communicate confidently with both clients and colleagues.
- Be patient, supportive and able to coach your team.
- Be confident making decisions, including saying "no" when necessary.
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Take ownership, lead by example and never consider any task beneath you.
- Have good IT skills and excellent spoken and written English.
