- Assist clients in renting and selling properties by providing comprehensive market information and advice.

- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property lets, including tenancies, contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Organise appointments, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous.
- Utilise organisational skills to keep track of listings, client details, and transaction progress.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a broader client base.
- A valid driving licence is preferred as the role may require travel between properties.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
