Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience at the pool area
- Monitor pool activities continuously to uphold safety standards and enforce pool rules
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure a pristine environment
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing helpful information about facilities and safety procedures
- Conduct routine safety checks of the pool area, including inspecting equipment and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Support emergency procedures by acting swiftly in case of accidents or incidents, including administering basic first aid if required
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse guest populations
- Bilingual skills can enhance communication with international visitors and improve overall guest satisfaction
- Experience working in a similar hospitality environment is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
