We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative, energetic and dynamic Head Chef to join our team, working full time Monday to Friday at our client site in Windsor.

About the Role
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and high standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Produce beautifully simple‚ simply beautiful dishes and menus
- Work alongside an industry leading team who operate with integrity and respect; supporting our community; actively embracing our sustainability and CSR targets
- Manage the kitchen to achieve financial targets, ensuring effective stock management and wastage control
- Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation

- Financial understanding of dish costings, gross profit and stock taking
- Proactive time management skills
- Embraces and keeps up to date with market trends, styles and new ideas
- Basic understanding of Outlook, Excel & Word
- Deliver what you promise to the customer, client & your team
