Chimneys Property provides photography, floor plans and EPCs to estate agents, letting agents and landlords across London. We're building a roster of freelance photographers to cover shoots across all boroughs.
£60 flat fee per property. Most photographers complete 2–3 jobs per day. You pick up jobs that suit your schedule and your patch — we handle the client relationship, booking and invoicing. You turn up, shoot, upload, done.

What you'll be doing
- Photographing residential properties using 5-shot exposure brackets (±2 EV), tripod-mounted throughout
- Capturing full room measurements for floor plans on every job (required on all bookings)
- Uploading unedited files the same day via our shared drive
What we're looking for
- Camera with 5-frame auto exposure bracketing (AEB) — some entry-level Canon bodies cap at 3, so check yours
- Wide-angle lens (10–20mm equivalent), sturdy tripod, flash
- Laser measure
- Consistent, level, well-composed captures. Our editors can fix exposure, not framing.
- Own transport or confident moving around London with kit
- Registered self-employed (UTR) and own public liability insurance
Area
All London boroughs. Tell us which areas you can realistically cover and we'll route jobs accordingly. Work volume varies by week and by patch.
