We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Client Manager Graduate to join our International Team in April 2026. Our graduate scheme is designed to develop our future talent by giving you real responsibility from day one. You’ll join a dynamic International team who will support you throughout with structured training, exciting projects and invaluable industry experience. During your time on programme, you will get the opportunity to understand the Evri and the International Operations and will complete a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship to develop your Commercial knowledge and skills.

The successful candidate for this role must be able fluent in Mandarin, please note we have the right to close down the advert if we receive excessive applicant numbers.
You’ll be seeking potential clients through telephone, email, internet, and face to face company visits. Your clients will include cross border logistics companies, top sellers, and eCommerce platforms.
You’ll draft contracts and support with pre on boarding preparation including the cargo collection plan in the UK, daily operation process, track and trace, discrepancy, invoicing, and follow-ups.
This role is a hybrid role based from either our Rugby or Heathrow Hub and requires regular travel (approximately 2 – 3 days per week).
What you’ll need to become a Business Development Graduate:
A minimum of 2:2 degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, International Trading, Project Management or any other related field
