We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Nusara Westbourne.

We are looking for a strong Assistant Manager with a wealth of experience in the industry. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile with customers, delivering A* Hospitality, and are looking for someone to reflect that ethos. We are looking for someone with a genuine love for the industry! You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all aspects of running of the venue, and running shifts in their absence.
Criteria:
- Experience running shifts in a busy restaurant or pub environment, and of opening and closing procedures
- A light understanding and obtaining targets such as wage percentages, sales and margins is preferred
- Excells in communicating and maintaining excellent relationships with a team of staff
- Experience working with systems such as Touch Office and Rotaready (EPOS and Rota Management)
