Role: Support Worker
Location: Henllan, Denbighshire
Hours: We have both part time and full time hours, please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins.
Salary: £13.59 per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile

What you’ll be doing:
In this rewarding role, you’ll play an important part in supporting individuals to make their own choices, express their preferences and set goals that are meaningful to them. This could be anything from everyday decisions, such as what to wear, what to eat or how they spend their time, to bigger life choices such as where they want to live, how they manage their finances or where they would like to go on holiday.
You’ll also provide practical, hands-on support with everyday responsibilities, helping individuals with things such as paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours and staying connected with friends and family.At the heart of the role is making everyday remarkable — enhancing well-being and recognising the small but meaningful moments that bring joy, purpose and a sense of achievement.

No experience required as full training is provided. We’d love to hear from you if you:
- have patience and empathy
- can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
- have strong communication and teamwork skills
- are able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people
- have good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
- have a full driving licence - essential for transporting individuals to appointments and activities
- have access to your own car and happy to use this for transporting people we support to and from activities as well as obtaining business insurance for your vehicle for which we pay 55p per mile to cover this
