We are looking for an experienced room member of staff who is at least childcare level three qualified.
You must be imaginative, self motivated, passionate and a team player with good communication, interpersonal skills and good knowledge of the EYFS and be able to deliver it effectively.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team in your room to provide an exceptional level of childcare, supported by the nursery management team.
- Maintain good practice in your room, ensuring that the EYFS is adhered to and the room environment appropriate.
- Supervising and monitoring the safety of the children.
- Feeding and changing the children, as needed.
- Leading the planning of day to day activities.
- Building strong relationships with parents.
- Keeping records of children’s progress, routines, and interests.
- Lead a strong key person approach.
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week.

Alpha Kindergarten we are committed to safeguarding children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. References and an enhanced DBS is required for these posts.
