At Shaftesbury North East, we're looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Complex Care Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example, support a skilled staff team, and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support every day.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A minimum of 12 months' experience supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern within a supported living environment.

An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A person-centred approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality support is delivered at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and supervising a team of Support Workers.

Leading by example and promoting best practice.

Supporting the people we support to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Assisting with rota management, compliance, and service quality.

Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and stakeholders.

Participating in the on-call rota (£10 payment per session).

Covering sleep-in shifts where required (£60 additional payment per sleep-in).
