We’re expanding our Manchester team and looking for someone creative, organised and commercially aware to support a changing mix of client brands. This is an entry-level marketing opportunity with full training, guaranteed base pay plus bonus incentives and immediate starts available.
Understanding the Brand
- Learn each client’s story, values and commercial objectives
- Understand the target audience and what matters to them
- Review campaign briefs, key messages and brand guidelines
- Research customer interests and competitor activity
- Help develop campaign ideas and promotional approaches
- Check that messaging remains clear and consistent
- Prepare campaign notes and team briefing materials
Bringing Campaigns to Life
- Support product launches, brand activations and promotional campaigns
- Prepare branded displays, marketing materials and customer information
- Help campaign teams understand the brand and its key messages
- Introduce customers to relevant products, services and offers
- Answer questions and communicate brand information confidently
- Make sure campaign activity represents each client professionally
- Keep promotional materials organised and up to date
- Support campaign changes as audiences or priorities develop
Learning from the Results
- Record customer engagement and campaign activity accurately
- Gather useful customer comments and feedback
- Identify common questions, interests and objections
- Help monitor campaign performance against agreed goals
- Share findings during campaign reviews
- Support improvements to messaging and customer engagement
- Help prepare updates for clients and campaign leaders
