The Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education, supporting children’s learning both indoors and outdoors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years and enjoys working in a positive, supportive environment with a strong focus on outdoor play.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging experiences, including outdoor and Forest School sessions
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development in line with EYFS
- Promote a positive, team-focused work ethic
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety requirements are met at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Interest in outdoor learning and Forest School (training or experience desirable)
- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
