Plumber with Van – £250 per Day (UTR)
ACRE is looking for a reliable, experienced Plumber with their own van to join our growing delivery team across North London.
We're working on behalf of a large housing association, responding to urgent and high priority repair jobs across their property portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to urgent and high priority plumbing repairs
- Work on occupied and empty properties
- Typical tasks include:
- Leaks, burst pipes and emergency call-outs
- Taps, traps and toilet repairs/replacements
- Boiler and heating system faults
- Blockages and drainage issues
- Working from job sheets with clear scopes
What we're looking for
- Proven plumbing experience
- Own van and tools
- UTR registered (self-employed)
- Comfortable working to urgent/high priority timescales
- Good communication and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
- Valid UK driving licence
Pay & details
- £250 per day
- Long-term, consistent work available
- Weekly payments
- Monday–Friday work
