Job Summary:

As an Assistant Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver high-quality dishes to our customers. Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Oversee food presentation to ensure it meets our high standards
- Help create and develop new menu items, ensuring variety and innovation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or similar culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating delicious dishes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
