STD Development LTD is looking to recruit a skilled Warehouse Operative who possesses prior experience in a high-traffic transport warehouse setting.
We seek an individual eager to learn and who has a background in warehouse operations. While experience with forklifts and HGVs is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. As a family-owned business, STD Development LTD aims to integrate a new member into our small night team. The night shift requires a dependable and industrious individual.
Primary responsibilities encompass:
- Loading and unloading merchandise from vehicles
- Moving pallets or crates throughout the warehouse, scanning into warehouse and out onto trucks
- Performing daily inspections of equipment
- Opening and closing trailer curtains
- loading and unloading of trucks as required- following a run sheet to load correctly
- Ensuring the upkeep of the site.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience in operating a forklift
- Hold some experience in HGV driving
- Demonstrate fundamental mathematical abilities for calculating weights and dimensions
- Show a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations

Full training will be provided, starting wage £550 going up to £600 per week after training.

- Night Shift 11pm until 8:30am
- Monday to Friday
