About the role
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Support Advisor to join our team.
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality support to people experiencing homelessness or housing vulnerability. Working with a diverse range of clients, you will help individuals access and sustain suitable accommodation, overcome barriers to housing stability, and build the skills and confidence needed to live independently.
About you
Educated to A Level, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience in housing, homelessness, support services, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and establish trust with people from a wide range of backgrounds is essential for this post.
Experience of working with vulnerable individuals, including those experiencing homelessness or housing-related challenges, is essential. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and outstanding customer service together with a proactive, resilient and empathetic approach, with the ability to work both independently is also needed.

In addition to working within a great team and a comprehensive salary you will have access to:
26.5 days basic annual leave (increasing with service) + bank holidays.
Please note: annual leave will be pro-rated for anyone who does not have a standard full- time pattern of 37 hours over 5 days, e.g. part-timers
