Overview
We are seeking a hospitality superstar to join our amazing team at Legends - a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending or front of house coupled with excellent communication skills.
As one of our Bar Supervisor Team, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. Ideally from a hotel, bartending or food service background, you'll love being the face of the business, working mornings, evenings or nights.

Duties
- Manage daily bar operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and food preparation areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences in a busy bar, hotel or restaurant setting.
- Personal Licence Holder (Must Have)

Pay: £14.85 per hour
