Multi Drop Delivery Driver & Installer (3.5 Tonne)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Multi Drop Delivery Driver / Installer (3.5T) to join our growing logistics team in Leicester. This role involves multi-drop deliveries, furniture installation, and customer service across residential and commercial locations.
Ideal for candidates with experience as a delivery driver, van driver, 3.5 tonne driver, multi-drop driver, or furniture installer.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries using a 3.5 tonne van
- Load, scan, and organise deliveries from our warehouse
- Drive planned delivery routes using routing software / delivery apps
- Deliver, carry, and assemble beds, mattresses, and furniture
- Provide excellent customer service in customers’ homes
- Handle heavy lifting and deliveries to rooms of choice (including stairs)
- Maintain a clean, organised van and safe working practices
- Collect customer feedback and request service reviews (bonus available)
Working Hours
- 4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Shift times between 4:00am – 5:00pm (up to 12 hours)
- Additional hours available dependant on demand

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Must be aged 25+ (insurance purposes)
- Experience in multi-drop delivery / van driving / installation / logistics preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and well presented
About the Role
As a Multi Drop Delivery Driver and Installer, you will be responsible for delivering and assembling high-quality furniture directly into customers’ homes. You will represent the company on the road and provide a professional, efficient delivery and installation service.
You will start and finish your day at our Glen Parva (Leicester) warehouse, where vehicles are collected and returned.
