Duties

- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art.
- Handle payments professionally and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English to ensure clear understanding of client needs and instructions.
- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage appointments independently.
- Ability to work flexibly according to client demands, including weekends or evenings if required.
