Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our St Ives dental practice PE27 5BH. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. This is a clinical role that will also include the use of scanners, so the successful candidate will need to be a GDC registered Dental Nurse.
The working pattern for this role will be Full time. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing

Performing and reviewing patient scans using TRIOS software
-
Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events

Monitor and report on marketing performance

Support patients through their treatment journey

Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales

Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results

Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you

Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers

Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities

Confidence using all social platforms

Great at building relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
