We’re looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our friendly and professional team. Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or someone looking to develop your skills, we’re looking for people who share our passion for great service and attention to detail.
The Role
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional approach
- Taking food and drink orders with confidence and care
- Sharing recommendations from our menus, wine list, cocktails, and extensive rum collection
- Providing knowledgeable support with allergens and dietary requirements
- Delivering excellent service during busy periods
- Supporting events, promotions, and new menu launches
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and guest care
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who:
- Have experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role
- Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine interest in food, drinks, and creating great experiences
- Are confident, friendly, and professional with guests
- Are reliable, positive, and enjoy working as part of a team
- Are keen to learn and develop their hospitality skills
