WHAT YOU'LL DO
Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
Hold an International CPC Qualification (essential)
Conduct performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinaries where required.
Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
Proven people management experience within transport — ideally managing large driver fleets.
Competent user of transport and logistics software systems.
Operational experience in Consumer, FMCG, or Convenience retail supply chains desirable
Able to manage up-to 10 -15 direct reports (drivers)
Happy to work Mon -Thur (48hrs a week/ 12 hr Shifts)
