As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager supports the Project Managers in delivering playground installation projects across the UK. This role acts as a development pathway into a full Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, and documentation preparation.
- Assist with Team Management, RAMS preparation, and installation coordination.
- Communicate with customers during pre-start and installation phases.
- Attend site visits with senior PMs and support quality/snagging tasks.
- Maintain CRM info, and project documentation.
Health & Safety:
- Assist in RAMS creation and maintain safety documentation.
- Learn and apply BS EN 1176/1177 playground safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who operates well on their own as well as being an integral part of a team. Presentable and with a positive attitude, you will need to have the following skills, qualities and experience:
Essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- IT literate (O365, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of playground, sports, or construction environments.
Development Pathway (12–24 months)
Training includes: RAMS authorship, BS EN standards, site checks, snagging, subcontractor management, cost tracking, and running small projects end-to-end.
Travel Requirements:
Primarily remote based, shadowing Project Managers, with solo site visits increasing over time. Four nights per week stay away.
