Estate Agency Relationship Manager (Part-Time/Freelance)
About Us
Profound Inventories is a growing UK property inventory company providing inventory, check-in, check-out and property reporting services to estate and letting agents across London.
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with experience in the property sector to help develop relationships with estate and letting agents and introduce our services to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Contact estate and letting agents by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Introduce Profound Inventories and our services
- Build and maintain relationships with branch managers and property professionals
- Arrange meetings and follow-up discussions with prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, property management, inventories, business development or a related property role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with decision-makers by phone and email
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to work independently
- Existing estate agency contacts would be an advantage but are not essential
