As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and success-driven luxury villa specialist with a strong mindset to achieve results. If you have a passion for luxury travel, hospitality and delivering exceptional service, this could be your next great opportunity!
Our luxury villa specialists are expected to earn in excess of £40,000 - £50,000 per year, based on performance and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with our clients to offer tailored villa stays and maintain a strong customer retention rate
- Handle villa rental enquiries over the phone, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the USA sales team to achieve company goals
- Utilise our CRM system to organise leads and collect valuable customer insights
- Achieve commission and conversion targets set by your manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong sales/negotiation background preferred, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Available to work at least 1 weekend day per week
- Ability to work later hours as our main demographic are located in the USA
