Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to lead our community eye care clinics. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent patient care.
Duties
- Supervise clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of patient care and team cohesion
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to clinical protocols
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and data protection policies
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements for operational excellence
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellent patient experience and staff engagement
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably within ophthalmology or veterinary environments
- Strong management skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
- Knowledge of human resources practices such as recruitment, staff development, and conflict resolution
- Experience working with clinical or veterinary teams is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff at all levels
