FLT Counterbalance Driver Needed
SureStaffing UK Ltd are looking to recruit experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client based in the Normanton (WF6) area.
This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidates.
Ideal candidate for the FLT Counterbalance Driver role will have:
- A valid RTITB or Inhouse FLT Counterbalance license (essential)
- Previous forklift experience preferred, but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Responsibilities and Duties of an FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- Loading and unloading wagons safely and efficiently
- Storing products in the correct locations
- Accurate management of incoming and outgoing stock
- Batch picking and distributing orders with precision
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures
- Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines at all times
- Supporting other warehouse tasks as required
Shift Options:
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6am–5pm
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6am–5pm
- 4-day working week
- Opportunities for overtime
Pay Rates for FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- £13.50 per hour
- Overtime rate: £16.88 per hour
