At Wildflower Home Care, we believe that care is more than a job – it’s a passion. Our mission is to bring warmth, independence and joy to the lives of those we support, while creating a positive and nurturing workplace for our team.
We take a person-centred, relationship-based approach. This means we carefully match our Community Care Assistants (CCAs) with clients based on their personalities, schedules and needs, ensuring meaningful and lasting connections.
Our culture is built on kindness, respect and pride in what we do. We believe that when carers feel valued and supported, the care they give truly shines.
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care to people in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
Every day will be different – you might be assisting with personal care, preparing meals, supporting with medication, or offering companionship and conversation.
Our visits are never rushed, and we take the time to match you with clients whose personalities and routines suit you. You’ll have time to build trust, connection and confidence with the people you support.
