Contracts Manager
Due to organic growth and celebrated success with new clients, we are seeking a dynamic Contract Manager to look after one of our best clients premises
Managing a team of Cleaning Operatives ensuring the delivery of service level requirements for the contract continue to be met your role will be to ensure the contract operates within H&S policies, procedures and in line with COSHH and risk assessments.
As front line support to the Operations Director, a typical day can look something like this:-
· Audits of the building
· Staff inductions/training/performance reviews/disciplinaries
· Complete weekly timesheets
· Promoting and enforcing the use of clocking system
· Lead & motivate your team to continue at their already high standards
- Liaise with the residents association proactively
-Upselling of additional services available across the site
This list is not exhaustive and there are many smaller tasks that pop up.
It goes without saying, your initiative in spotting what needs to be done and how best to execute will be first class and you will be able to organise your day effectively.
Client and resident liaison will always be a big part of this role, you'll need to be on point with what's required and when, always keeping in mind what other services the client and residents could need and ensure they are aware they exist.
You will have solid experience heading up a professional team of cleaning staff and liaising with clients in a fast paced, reactive environment
You will be professional, have a strong work ethic, be friendly and reliable with a keen sense of humour
Knowledge of Spanish and English is essential
Experience in student accommodation highly desirable
Driving license is also essential
Package Salary depending on experience
Hours – M-F on site, available on call should any situations arise

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
