About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Operations Manager to take control of how our souvenir photography systems perform across the UK’s leading visitor attractions and theme parks. Based at our UK HQ in Poole (Holton Heath), you’ll split your time between the office and the road - building relationships with our attraction partners, tracking how every site is trading, keeping the standards high, and making sure the teams are using the system to its highest potential.
Most of our UK sites are run day to day by the attractions themselves, so how well we do comes down to how well we look after those partners. This is a varied role that mixes account management, commercial analysis and hands-on operational support - perfect for someone who enjoys owning the numbers, building relationships with clients at every level, and being on the move.
The job
You will take the baton the moment a site goes live, and you will own it from there. The relationship, the numbers, the photo quality, the training and the day to day operations. If issues arise, you are the person our partners call first, using your operational expertise. The job is client relationships and commercial performance.
What you will manage
- All UK attraction partners. Scheduled check-ins, site visits and performance summaries
- Site performance across the estate: image volumes, capture rate, conversion, average transaction value and revenue. Identifying common trends in performance
- Photo quality. Exposure, consistency, anything that would put a guest off buying
- Training attraction teams on our systems, to set them up for commercial success
- Ensuring all sites are consistently trading to their full potential
- End of month financial reporting
- Recruitment and training for any full-time or seasonal staffed attractions
What we need
- Real account management experience, ideally multi-site or field-based.
- Commercially minded and comfortable owning a revenue number
- Strong with numbers and Excel. You can look at a set of sales data and tell us what it means
- Good with people at every level, from a seasonal photographer to an attraction Director
- Organised enough to plan your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
