We are looking for an experienced Scaffolder with proven knowledge of Ringlock scaffolding systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the safe erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding on commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, inspect, and dismantle Ringlock scaffold systems safely and efficiently.
- Read and work from scaffold design drawings and site plans.
- Ensure all scaffolding complies with TG20 guidance, NASC recommendations, and current health and safety legislation.
- Carry out pre-use inspections and report any defects or unsafe conditions.
- Work closely with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Use PPE correctly and follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Load, unload, and organise scaffold materials on site.
Requirements
- CISRS Scaffolder Card (Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced).
- Experience erecting and dismantling Ringlock scaffolding systems.
- Good understanding of Working at Height Regulations and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
Desirable Qualifications
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card.
- COTS or SSSTS qualification.
- CSCS card (where applicable).
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Experience on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Pay: £0.16-£30.00 per hour
