Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making. You’ll analyse financial data, identify trends, prepare meaningful reports, and work with different teams to help improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial results, budgets, forecasts, and business performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management information.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, and cost-control activities.
- Review revenue, expenditure, margins, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with finance and operational teams to provide accurate financial insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate financial models and assist with ad-hoc analysis and business planning projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial analysis, management accounting, FP&A, business analysis, or a related finance role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- A degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is desirable.
Pay: £3,000.00-£4,000.00 per month
