Salary: Up to £55,000 + performance bonus of up to £10,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexibility available)Build Something Exceptional from the BeginningCedar Path Care is an ambitious new provider dedicated to delivering exceptional residential care for children and young people who have experienced trauma and exploitation.We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand-new children's home in Skelmersdale.This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a new service supporting one child initially, allowing you to establish outstanding practice, build a strong team, and create a nurturing home from day one.You'll receive the support of an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team who are committed to investing in quality, compliance, and the best possible outcomes for young people.What You'll Receive

About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home.You'll:
- Lead and inspire a committed staff team
- Ensure outstanding safeguarding and care standards
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Develop positive relationships with local authorities, education providers and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement with the aim of achieving a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating
- Create a positive, child-centred culture where young people can thrive
About You: To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within children's residential care
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
