Job Description:
Rutledge Healthcare are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants on behalf of our clients in the Causeway Coast and Glens area. This role is based in private care settings only and offers flexible day and night shift opportunities for those passionate about delivering quality care.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and compassionate care to elderly residents during night shifts
- Observe and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
- Provide high levels of personal care, including toileting, washing, and assistance with eating and drinking
- Promote and maintain each resident’s privacy, dignity, and independence
- Work as an effective and supportive member of the care team
Essential Criteria:
Please note: This role doesn't offer sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a similar care role
- NISCC registered or willing to become registered
- Willing to complete annual Access NI checks
- Commitment to attending and completing mandatory training
Pay and Benefits:
