What is the role responsible for?
This is a junior-level opportunity designed for graduates and early-career designers looking to build their experience within an in-house brand and marketing team.
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of both day-to-day design work and working alongside larger projects. You will be involved in developing and executing design work across all digital and print marketing collaterals. You will also be working with internal agreed briefs to develop suitable and creative ideas and concepts which meet business objectives and are delivered in a timely manner.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
Here are a few examples of what you could be involved with:
- Creating and adapting high-quality design assets across digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics and event materials.
- Developing creative concepts and visual solutions from internal briefs, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads and delivering assets to agreed deadlines.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of brand templates, logos, icons and other visual assets across the Gamma portfolio.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Internal Communications, IT and wider business teams to create engaging campaigns and communications.
- Producing presentation materials, video content and other visual assets to support senior leadership and Executive Committee requirements.
- Managing and organising brand assets within the brand portal, ensuring resources remain consistent, accessible and up to date.
- Contributing new creative ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the way our brands are represented across all channels.

- Experience creating engaging design assets across digital and print media.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, branding and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, polished work to a high standard.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret briefs and brand guidelines, solve problems creatively and develop effective visual solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and with senior leaders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for developing new ideas, learning new skills and continuously improving creative output.
- Animation experience is advantageous.
