As a Clinical Coding Auditor, you will support the delivery of the Northern Care Alliance’s internal clinical coding audit programme, undertaking a range of audits, thematic reviews and assurance activities in line with NHS England’s Clinical Coding Audit Methodology. You will review coded activity across multiple specialties, identify variances, analyse root causes and produce clear, evidence‑based reports that support high‑quality, accurate and standards‑compliant coding.
Working closely with the Clinical Coding Audit Manager, you will help translate audit findings into practical improvements, key learning points and updates to local policy, supporting a culture of continuous quality improvement.
