We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our friendly, family-run team in Worthing. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
We manufacture silicone rubber gaskets and seals for customers across a wide range of industries. No previous compression moulding experience is necessary – we'll provide full training and support to help you develop your skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Setting up and operating compression moulding presses to manufacture silicone rubber components
- Preparing moulds and materials for production
- Trimming and finishing moulded rubber components to a high standard
- Working from technical drawings and job instructions
- Helping to maintain the high quality standards our customers expect
What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work
- Good manual dexterity and practical skills
- Confidence working with measurements (or a willingness to learn)
- The ability to follow technical drawings and instructions (or be keen to learn)
- The ability to work carefully and consistently as part of a team

Working hours (40 hours per week):
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
