You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who will lead a portfolio of projects from strategy and client approval through to handover - overseeing design, construction, commissioning and aftercare to meet programme, quality and customer expectations.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

Lead a portfolio of projects end-to-end, driving performance and delivery against key objectives.

Put SHEQ at the heart of every project, ensuring standards are never compromised.

Build, coach and develop a high-performing team to strengthen capability and results.

Lead clear, proactive stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration and achieve the right outcomes.

Set commercial and governance strategies, balancing risk, cost and controls for effective delivery.
We are looking for:

APMP Practitioner qualified, or equivalent.

Strong senior project leadership experience at PM, Lead PM, Senior PM or Project Director level.

Proven track record delivering major schemes valued at £100m - £175m.

Experienced in leading teams, managing complex stakeholders, and working within commercial alliances.

Inspirational, collaborative leader with strong judgement, accountability and a drive for safe, high-performing delivery.
