JOB TITLE: LETTING AND SALES AGENT
LOCATION: AIRDRIE
HOURS: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4:00pm Friday.
Aquila Management Services are a letting agency and property factor. We are looking to recruit a letting agent for our Airdrie office.
DUTIES:
* Working with tenants.
* Assisting in the collection of rents.
* Working with Landlords.
* Working with tradespeople.
* Advertising & Organising viewings.
* Seeking out new landlords.
* Creating tenancy agreements.
* Carrying out tenancy inspections.
* Creating a full photographic inventory.
* Managing a portfolio of properties.
* Other similar duties involved and related to running a working tenancy.
The position offers a degree of flexible working and the option to earn good bonus with the addition of new properties to the portfolio.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
